As the price differences between the different memory chips are very small, we rec-
ommend the use of the following types:
Memory type
RAM
EPROM

Flash EPROM
1) Where RAM components not approved by SBC are used, there is a risk of losing data
2) The use of EPROMs is obsolete; use Flash EPROM instead
3) Flash EPROM is supported from firmware version 002 only
4) To hold the configuration, a portion of memory is lost, so for this chip,112 Kbytes rather than 128 are available to
the user
