A18 Fault Warning Routing Equipment
This is also a VdS 2540 requirement. The CIE allows
this EN54-2 option to be configured.
The CIE may be configured to provide a fault signal to
external equipment, such as a fault transmission router,
using a M710-CZ module. Refer to the end of this
appendix for more details.
A19 Standardized I/O Interface
This is also a VdS 2540 requirement. The CIE does not
fully support the requirements of EN54 Section 11.
However, it does meet the requirements of VdS 2540
which requires the ability to connect to an FBF (fire
brigade panel). More details can be found in the
appropriate, translated product manuals.
