An extension user can transfer an active call to a co-worker's
mailbox.

A dialpad digit for which the Automated Attendant has no routing
defined. When an Automated Attendant caller dials a digit for which
there is no routing assigned, VM8000 InMail plays a brief error
message and then repeats the dialing options.

Similar to telephone system unscreened transfers in which the
transferring party immediately extends the call.
After an Automated Attendant caller dials an extension, VM8000
InMail immediately transfers the call to the destination and hangs up.
Any recalls or additional routing are handled by the telephone system
– just as with any other unscreened transfer.
