To transfer your active call to a coworker's mailbox:

Transferring your call to a Coworker's Mailbox
Press Transfer.
Press Message.
Dial your coworker's mailbox number (e.g., 101 for extension 101).
Press Speaker to hang up.
To optionally transfer a call to coworker mailbox without first ringing their phone, press
o
Message before dialing their mailbox number. (This is the only procedure you can
use to transfer to a Guest Mailbox.)
To transfer a call to a coworker mailbox from a single line telephone, use the following
o
procedure:
Hookflash + Dial *8 + Dial the coworker's mailbox + Hang up.
Press Transfer.
Dial your coworker's mailbox number (e.g., 101 for extension 101).
Dial 8.
Leave a message and hang up.
This procedure can be used for any telephone.
