10. Check that all hardware and software included in the sales order is installed and all licensed
resources tested.
11. Install and successfully test all peripherals (video, keyboard, mouse, and so on).
12. Complete the attached Installation Check List and Report, review it with the Customer and
have it signed by the field engineer and customer.

If it was damaged, describe the damage:
Was a damage claim filed by the customer? □ Yes □ No If yes, attach a copy of the claim.
Was the equipment placed in the installation location? □ Yes □ No
Were the shipping skids and packing material removed by the shipper? □ Yes □ No
Was the order received complete in accordance with the SDP? □ Yes □ No
If not, are the missing items on back order on the packing list? □ Yes □ No
List any deviations including back orders.
If the order is not in accordance with the SDP, was field management notified for escalation? □ Yes
□ No
