Module parameter: Monitoring of the CPX module

Depending on the monitoring function for modules with digital and analogue
inputs and outputs (see description on the respective module)

Description
Monitoring of the possible faults can be activated or deactivated (suppressed)
for each module independently. Active monitoring causes the following. The
