Supplying operating and load voltage

The operating and load voltages for the CPX terminal are
supplied via these interlinking blocks. The voltages are sup
plied via an M18, 7/8" or push−pull plug and can be used for
further electric modules and for the valves on either side.
If interlinking blocks with additional supply are not required,
the interlinking block with the system supply can be fitted in
any desired position.
If interlinking blocks with additional supply are required,
these must always be placed to the right of the system supply
(see also Fig. 3/2).
The additional load voltage for the electric outputs is sup
plied via these interlinking blocks. The load voltage for the
output modules is also supplied via an M18, 7/8" or push−
pull plug and can be switched off separately.
These interlinking blocks must always be placed to the right
of a system supply and, in the case of a push−pull connec
tion, must not be combined with a forwarding function
within a CPX terminal.
The use of interlinking blocks with additional supply for elec
tric outputs causes the following (see also Fig. 3/2):
The load voltage for electric output modules will be
interrupted to the previous module on the left.
The load voltage supplied will be available to the inte
grated module and, where applicable, to the following
modules on the right.
The operating and load voltage supplies for the valves
will be transmitted further.
Several additional supplies for electric outputs in a
CPX terminal are possible.
