4. Install the harness assembly into the headlight
assembly. Turn the headlight harness clockwise to
secure the headlamp into place.
Lower Headlamp Housing Removal (if required)
5. Remove the upper and lower portion of the front
bumper as outlined in chapter 5.
6. Remove the screw that secures the lower headlamp.
7. Remove retaining O-ring from inner headlamp
mount.
8. Pull the headlamp out of the locking tab.

Low Beam Headlight Adjustment (Non Intl)

1. The low beam can be adjusted slightly upward or
downward.

2. Loosen the phillips screw located at the rear of the
headlamp.
3. Tilt the headlamp upward or downward.
4. Tighten the screw.

Lower Headlight Adjustment (Forest)

NOTE: The following procedure may be needed on
some international units.
1. The bottom two headlight mounting screws /
adjusters (A) can be access directly through the
fender openings.
2. The single upper headlight mounting screw / adjuster
(B) is only accessible after a .55" (14mm) hole is
drilled into the front cab.
3. Drill a .55" (14mm) hole in the center of the boss as
indicated below to access the upper mounting /
adjustment screw.
4. Adjust the beam to the desired position by loosening
or tightening the (3) T-25 adjustment / mounting
screws.
