If all status bits supply logic 0, no error will be reported.
If various errors occur simultaneously on different types of
modules, these errors cannot be assigned via the status bits.
If required, errors can be uniquely defined via the I/O dia-
gnostics interface.

bits can be found in the CPX system description.
