Installing the Operator Mounting Bracket

1. Refer to Figure 13, and DETERMINE the proper
operator mounting bracket location.
2. If the door is aluminum rivnuts must be installed,
PERFORM the following:
• Using a 25/64" drill, DRILL the operator
mounting bracket holes.

3. Using the provided rivnut installation tool, INSTALL
the ¼-20 steel rivnuts.
NOTE: For light duty or hollow-core doors with
insufficient top rail blocking, through bolts or sex nut
and bolts are required to securely attached the
operator mounting bracket.
