To analyze packet loss and network load:
Use inet stats:

To display header information from incoming and
outgoing packets:
1. Use ping -d -z hostname | IP address to display
header information from the incoming packet. For
example:
C:\>ping –d –z chaco
Dump of incoming packet
Version=4 IP header length=5 Precedence=Routine
Type of service=Normal
Total length=284 Protocol=1 TTL=255
2. Use ping -d# -z hostname | IP address to display
header information for the outgoing packet. For
example:
C:\>ping –d# –z chaco
Dump of outgoing packet
Version=4 IP header length=5 Precedence=Routine
Type of service=Normal
Total length=284 Protocol=1 TTL=64
