Steps
1. On the main page of the ZXHN H267N, select Management & Diagnosis > Diagnosis
to go to the Diagnosis page.

Ping Diagnosis
2. Click Ping Diagnosis to open Ping Diagnosis page, as shown in

Figure 6-13 Ping Diagnosis Page

3. Type the host
the WAN/LAN connection from the Egress drop-down list.
4. Click Diagnosis to diagnose the connection, and the system will display the following
diagnosis results.
Trace Route Diagnosis
5. Click Trace Route Diagnosis.
