Turn a new card over end to end so side 2 is facing up.

Insert the card in the printer.

Take the card from the printer and turn it over end to end so side 2 is facing up.

166: C2 supply out or missing

The C2 retransfer film is missing or out of material.
1.
Open the printer access door and remove the C2 retransfer film cartridge.
2.
Replace the retransfer film.
3.
Replace the C2 retransfer film cartridge.
4.
Close the printer access door.
