236: Flipper module rotate error

The flipper did not reach the required position.
1.
Open the printer access door.
2.
Press the K3 rear access door release to open the rear access door.
3.
Reach in and rotate the flipper module until the card is accessible.
4.
Remove the card through the rear access door.
5.
Close the rear access door and then close the printer access door.
Press the U

237: C1 supply out or missing

The C1 ink ribbon is missing or out of material.
1.
Open the printer access door and remove the C1 ink ribbon cartridge.
2.
Replace the ink ribbon.
3.
Replace the ink ribbon cartridge.
4.
Close the printer access door.

238: C1 supply not identified
