6.10 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (CONTINUED)
6.10.8 REPLACING THE CAMS
1. Disconnect Power Cord from rear of machine.
2. Remove the Housing.
3. Remove the Timing Belt, E-Ring, and Camshaft Drive Pulley.
4. Remove the 4 Phillips Screws attaching the Bind Support to the Side Plates, detach
5. Remove the Brass Link and Drive Gear from the right side of the Camshaft.
6. Remove the Cotter Pin retaining the Cam Adapter to the Solenoid, and remove the
7. Remove the 2 E-Rings next to the Left and Right Cutter Cams.
8. Slide the Camshaft to the right, and replace Cams as necessary.
9. After replacing Cams, align Cams with their Followers, and reassemble in reverse
6.0 ADJUSTMENTS
the Extruder Spring, and lift the Bind Support up and out of the way.

NOTE: When installing the new Cams, make sure all the "Keys" and
"Notches" are pointing to the "right", are aligned with each other, the Drive
Gear Key, and the Drive Pulley Key.
