6.10.6 REPLACING THE KNIFE ASSEMBLY

6.0 ADJUSTMENTS
Disconnect Power Cord from wall outlet.
Remove the Housing.
Carefully remove the Thermistor from the hole in the Knife Blade.
Remove the Ground Wire attached to the Knife Bracket.
Disconnect the 2 Connectors attaching the Knife Harness to the Main Harness.
Remove the 4 Phillips Screws attaching the Left and Right Heater Brackets to the
Left and Right Cutter Arm Assemblies.
Install the new Knife Assembly and reassemble in reverse order.
Follow the complete instructions for Knife adjustments.
