6.10.2 REPLACING THE PRESSURE BAR/RACKS
1. Disconnect Power Cord from rear of machine.

6.0 ADJUSTMENTS
Remove the Housing.
Disconnect the 2 Pressure Bar Harness Connectors from the main Harness.
Remove the 2 Hex Socket Shoulder Screws and Bushings which guide the Pressure
Bar in the Side Plate Slots on the left and right side.
Remove the Pressure Bar and Racks by pulling straight up being careful not to
damage the Pressure Bar Harness wires.
Replace the Racks if necessary, and reinstall the new Pressure Bar by installing the
first tooth of the Pressure Bar Racks to the Pinion Gears simultaneously to make
sure the Pressure Bar Assembly will be parallel to the Bridge Assembly when
lowered.
Reassemble in reverse order.
