Check for loose or defective
Punch Motor Brake Hub.
Punch Brake Solenoid may be
defective.
Punch Motor Brake Lever may be
worn, or broken.
Broken Wire(s), loose Wiring
Connections.
Check for loose or broken Punch
Cam.
Punch Motor may be defective.
Check for worn Punch Links.
Adjust per instructions on page 6-1,
or replace Punch Timing Switch
(9779311 - Switch and 9776354 -
Actuator).
Tighten/replace Punch Motor Brake
Hub (9776308).
Replace Punch Brake Solenoid
(9776316 - 115VAC or 9776317 -
240VAC).
Replace Punch Motor Brake Lever
(9776310).
Check for defective Wiring, or loose
Wiring Connections.
Tighten/replace Punch Cam
(9781677).
Check and Replace Punch Motor
(9778567 - 115VAC or 9778568 -
240VAC).
Replace Punch Links (9778461) as
needed.
