6.10 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
6.10.1 REMOVING THE HOUSING

NOTE: The bottom Sheet Metal Plate under the Waste Tray may also be removed to
provide greater access to the interior of the machine.
6.0 ADJUSTMENTS
Disconnect Power Cord from rear of machine (in order to prevent Receptacle from
breaking).
Remove Waste Tray from Base and empty.
Place the machine on its back, and remove the 4 Phillips Screws attaching the
Housing to the Base located on the underside of the Base Flange.
Place the machine right side up.
Carefully lift the Housing off machine (slight fore and aft movements of the
Housing may be required for removal).
To operate machine without the Housing:
1.
The Waste Tray must be reinserted into Base.
2.
Reconnect Power Cord to Receptacle on rear of machine.
3.
Depress "Start" Button on the Operator Control Panel.
Reassemble in reverse order, and test Punch, Bind, and Debind operations to
complete service of machine.
