DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (CONTINUED)

REPLACING THE PUNCH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect Power Cord from rear of machine.
2. Remove the Housing.
3. Remove the Debris Tray, and remove the Bottom Protective Cover from the Base.
4. Disconnect the Punch Motor Wiring Terminals from the Main Harness Terminals,
5. Remove the Left and Right Z Brackets which retain the Punch Links.
6. Remove the Right Phillips Screw from the Punch Brake Switch (S8), and loosen
7. Loosen the Set Screw retaining the Punch Cam to the Crank, and remove the Punch
8. Remove the Retaining Clips holding the Left and Right Punch Links, and remove
9. Remove the 3 Hex Socket Screws attaching the Punch Motor to the Punch Motor
10. Remove the 3 Phillips Screws attaching the Punch Motor Bearing to the Left Hand
11. Remove the Punch Motor Assembly by sliding to the left, lifting machine to rest on
12. Install new Punch Motor Assembly, and reassemble in reverse order.
6.0 ADJUSTMENTS
and cut any Cable Ties necessary to free the Motor Wiring.
