PROBABLE CAUSE
Worn Punch Links.
Punch Pins may be dull or burred. Replace Punch Pins (9778684) as

Punch Motor may be defective.
Insufficient lubrication between

on Punch Links, or Punch Motor
Cranks.
Punch Motor Brake may be

Internal Thermal Cutoff shuts

Replace Punch Links (9778461) as
needed.

paper will cause excessive
squeaking or noise.
Check and Replace Punch Motor
(9778567 - 115VAC or 9778568 -
240VAC).
Lubricate these areas as needed.
Replace Punch Motor Brake Hub
(9776308).
After approximately 20 minute cool
down period, customer can resume
punching. Recommend punch and
bind cycle instead of continuously
punching for long periods.
