STEP 5 Operations
Loading and transferring a time (See also timer and counter operations)
During graphic input, QW 62 is assigned to output BI of
a timer. The programmer automatically stores the
corresponding load and transfer operation in the
control program. Thus the contents of the memory
location addressed with T 10 are loaded into ACCUM 1.
Afterwards, the contents of the accumulator are
transferred to the process image addressed with
QW 62. In this example, you can see timer T 10 at
QW 62 in binary code.
Outputs BI and DE are digital outputs. The time at
output BI is in binary code. The time at output DE is in
BCD code with time base.
