Create MyConfig - Expert
4.11 Package execution
Project folder
When configuring, you can specify the name and path for the logbook in the project folder on
dialog page "Finish". This information is used as user-specified values in the dialog "Save
under" when package execution has been completed. Users can also modify these values.
If these values are missing, then the "Save under" dialog suggests a package name and the
location next to the package as default value.
These values configured in Expert are saved in system variables Up.
$Dialog.PackageEnd.LogDir and Up.$Dialog.PackageEnd.LogName, and can be
manipulated using a script during the package runtime. See Section System variables for the
Finish dialog (Page 295) and at DateTime>Example (Page 271).
Automatic logbook archiving
In addition to "manually saving" the logbook, the package always automatically saves the
logbook to the control.
For the PCU 50, the logbook with the name "<Package name_YYYYMMDDHHMM>"
(unprotected) or "<Package name_YYYYMMDDHHMM.htmlog.exe>" (password-protected) is
located under D$\UP and on the NCU under /card/install.
If the PCU and NCU are involved when executing the package, then the package is only
automatically saved to the PCU.
