Purpose
This image may be called for by some display
manufacturers' test procedures. The image consists
of eight small white circles on a black background.
The circles are positioned in the corners of the
active video area and centered on each edge of
the active video area.
The secondary version inverts the image to black
circles on a white background.
This pattern is specified by one or more monitor
manufacturers for checking and adjusting video
scan size, linearity and over scanning.
