File Status

Use the File Transfer Status pane to view the status of upload and download operations between the CPE and
your FTP server. You can also cancel current upload and download operations from this pane.
Procedure: Viewing File Transfer Status
Click the Management button. The Current Status pane appears.

In the options pane, click the SW Upgrade link, and then click the Files Status link. The File Transfer
Status pane appears.

From the File Operation Status list, select an operation status:
• OK — displays successfully completed file transfers.
• Not Started — displays requested file transfers that have not yet started.
• In Process — displays file transfers that are currently in progress.
• Failure — displays failed file transfers.

The File Transfer Operation Status table displays the following information for the files in the selected
operation status:

Displays a unique identifier for the file.
Displays the file transfer operation performed on the file.
Values: Download | Upload | Delete | Copy | Operations (indicates the completion of a
batch operation on several files)
Displays the filename for the uploaded or downloaded file.
Displays the status of the file transfer operation.
