12. Loop the chain around the lower sprocket
and slide the upper sprocket w/chain onto
the driven shaft. Secure upper sprocket
with a cap-lock screw (coated with
LOC-
TITE LOCK N
'
SEAL) and washer. Tighten
both sprockets to
2.2-2.5
kg-m
(16-18
ft -I b).
Drive the driveshaft bearing collar in the
direction of rotation to lock bearing

tighten set screw.

13. Install the skid frame.

On the PTO-side driven shaft, slide the col-
lar against the bearing, drive the collar
counterclockwise (direction of rotation) un-
til tight, and tighten the collar set
screw.
15. Insert a
0.4
mm
(0.015
in.) feeler-gauge
blade between the brake disc and the
stationary puck; then slide the brake disc
and collar toward the stationary brake puck
until the disc is snug against the feeler-
gauge blade. Tighten collar securely.
