A. Slide the shock pads, front crossbrace,
and front-arm bracket onto the rai Is.
Secure the shock pads with four solid
rivets and push nuts; secure front
crossbrace and front-arm bracket with
eight bolts and lock nuts.
B. SI ide the shock pads, front crossbrace,
and front-arm bracket onto the rails.
Secure the shock pads with four solid
rivets and push nuts; secure front cross-
brace and front-arm bracket with 14
bolts and lock nuts.

Place the front-arm stop into position
around front arm and secure with a bolt,
two washers, and lock nut.
3.
Secure the front-arm stop to the front
crossbrace with a bolt and lock nut.

4.
Insert the spacers and four bushings into
the front arm; then secure to the front-arm
bracket with two bolts and lock nuts. Tight-
en and then torque to 3.2 kg-m (23 ft-lb).

Install the front
suspension springs.
Secure with eyebolts and lock nuts. Tight-
en the lock nuts until 32 mm (1 1/4 in.) of
thread is exposed behind each lock nut.

B. Place the
axles
into position in
the
front-arm bracket; then
secure
the idler
wheels to the front-arm bracket
with
four cap-lock
screws
and
six washers
making sure the idler
wheels
are
posi-
tioned outside of the rails.

7.
Place the movable end of the shock ab-
sorber w/bush i ngs into position on the rear
arm and secure with a bolt and lock nut.
Tighten to 3.2 kg-m
(23
ft-lb). Make sure the
wider flange of the rear arm is positioned
upward.
