Parameters
minutes: Primary server quiet period, in minutes. It ranges from 1 to 255.
Description
Use the timer quiet command to set the quiet timer for the primary server. When the primary server is
found unreachable, the switch changes the status of the server from active to blocked and keeps the
server in blocked state until this timer expires.
Use the undo timer quiet command to restore the default.
By default, the primary server quiet period is 5 minutes.
Related commands: display hwtacacs.
Examples
# Set the quiet timer for the primary server to 10 minutes.
