TRANSFER SCHEME
Applicability: Used for double-bus system
with two normally-closed
incoming and one normally-
open bus tie circuit breaker.
Closing: Automatic closing of the bus
tie breaker after a loss of one
source, with bus decayed
voltage permissive.
Trip: Trips a pre-selected breaker
after the third breaker is
manually closed (prevent
parallel operation).
