Fully closes the ISC valve, and then opens the valve. This opera-
tion is performed 3 times and takes approximately 4 seconds each
time. The engine trouble warning light comes on during the opera-
tion.
The ISC unit vibrates when the ISC valve operates.
Maintenance job
Execute the diagnostic
mode. (Code No. 54)
Fully closes the ISC (idle
speed control) valve, and
then fully opens the valve.
Check the speed sensor.
Execute the diagnostic
mode. (Code No. 07)
Rotate the rear wheel by
hand and check that the indi-
cated value increases.

sembly.
