0 = No Tax
1 = Tax 1
2 = Tax 2
3 = Tax 1 & 2
b) If your Gift Certificate Redemption key is open, enter the value associated
with the highest amount allowed on the key. Enter '0' only if your Gift
Certificate Redemption key has a preset amount.
0 - Not Allowed
1 = $ .09
2 = $ .99
3 = $ 9.99
c-h) If the Gift Certificate Redemption key is preset, enter the preset amount
($.01-$9999.99). If the key is open, enter 000000 for positions c-h.
