Balancing Hints:
1. Service and Check Paid totals should agree if there are no open guest checks.
2. Service and Check Paid totals do not include tax.
3. Tips are not included in the NRGT, GSTL, or GRSS totals. Tips (%+) may be included
in your NSTL total, depending upon your application program.
4. For balancing purposes, Value-Added-Tax (VAT) should not be included in the Tax
total. Include VAT only in those formulas which specify VAT.
