AUDC = Sum of all Negative and zero-balance transactions, including Status Clear.
AVCP = CPTR ÷ CPTR Count
AVIT = ITTL Count ÷ # of Guests
(depending upon your application program)

AVTL = NSTL ÷ # of Guests
(depending upon your application program)
CAOW = ( Cash + Cash 2 ) - (Cash Tips)
CPN% = |Coupons| ÷ (CPTR + |Coupons|)
DRWR = CAID + CKID + Charge 1 + Charge 2 + . . . Charge 10 + G.C. Redeemed
