Connecting Cables to the Device

About this task
Follow the safety guidelines described in the Safety Guide during this procedure, and follow this
procedure to connect the power and serial cables supplied with the accessories kit.

• Dedicated IP address for the device
• Dedicated subnet mask for the device
• IP address of the default router which the device uses to communicate over the network
