Use the Oracle ILOM CLI for Immediate Shutdown

1.
Log in to the Oracle ILOM command-line interface (CLI) using an Administrator
account.
Oracle ILOM displays the default command prompt (->), indicating that you have successfully
logged in to Oracle ILOM.
2.
From the CLI prompt, type the following command:
->
stop -f /System
The server immediately powers down to standby power mode.
3.
To completely power off the server from standby power mode, disconnect the
power cables from the server.
The server powers down completely.

Use the Oracle ILOM Web Interface for Immediate
Shutdown
Log in to the Oracle ILOM web interface using an Administrator account.

The Oracle ILOM web interface System Information > Summary page appears.
In the left pane, click Host Management > Power Control, and select Immediate

Power Off from the Select Action list box.
3.
Click Save, and then click OK.
The server immediately powers down to standby power mode.
4.
To completely power off the server from standby power mode, disconnect the
power cables from the server.
