HDD: Reboot error
The HDD does not become ready within 30 seconds after the power is supplied to
the HDD.
• Loose connection
• Defective cables
• Defective HDD
• Defective controller
1. Check the connection between the HDD and controller.
2. Check and replace the cables.
3. Replace the HDD.
4. Replace the controller.

Bad sector number error
The number of bad sectors in the HDD (image data area) goes over 101.
• Defective HDD
1. Format the HDD with SP5-832-002.
2. Replace the HDD.
