Activation of AP DISCITRIM INT control wheel switch will also
disconnect the autopilot.
The AVIONICS MASTER switch supplies power to the avionics
bus bar of the radio circuit breakers and the autopilot circuit
breaker. Th e AVIONICS MASTER switch also serves as an
emergency AP/MET shutoff.
The airplane MASTER switch function is unchanged and can be
used in an emergency to shut off electrical power to all flight control
systems while the problem is isolated.
The following circuit breakers are used to protect the KAP 140
2-Axis Autopilot:

Suppli es power to the KC 140 Computer and
the autopi lot pitch , roll and pitch trim servos.
Supplies separate power for autopilot alerting on
the ship's annunciator panel.
