When the aeroplane is flown for the purpose of Public Transport,
the performance infomlation contained in
the
Pilot's Operating
Handbook and in any relevant supplement
or
change sheet
shall
be used in assessing the ability of the aeroplane to comply
with
the requirements of the relevant Air
Navigation
(General)
Regulation.
It
is recommended that
this
same information is
used by the commander before every flight, regardless of
purpose, to satisfy himself
that
the aeroplane can take-off, carry
out the flight
and
land
safely in
the
conditions expected,
so
as to
comply with the pre-flight action by the commander of an
aircraft required by the Air Navigation Order.
