This
type
of aeroplane is eligible
for certification
in the Transport Category
(Passenger).
However, this
particu
lar aeroplane
may
be
restricted
to
another
CategolY
and
to
some
panicular use. This
wi
ll
be
stated in the Certificate of AiIWorthincss.
When operated in the Transport Category (Passenger),
the aeroplane is
classified in
Performance Group E.
The
minimum crew
is
one pilot.
The total number of persons carried includ
ing
crew shall nor exceed 4
nOf
the
number
of seats approved for use
during
take-off and
landing.
Children under the age of hila
years and sharing a seat wilh an adult
need not
be
included
in the
total.
