Use the following steps to choose fields to be displayed:
1. Press F3 to open the options window.
Enter data items to search for and press F10

2. Select Choose browse items from the options win-
dow to open the displayed-fields window.
Select fields
ID
L_NAME
F_NAME
DEPT
CLEAR
STREET
CITY
STATE
ZIP
3. Select the name of the first field to be displayed. (Use
↑ or ↓ to highlight the name, then press Enter.)
The selected field name appears in the Browse by
window.
4. Repeat step 3 until all the desired fields have been se-
lected for display.
