OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Adjusting the Portrait Capture Area
When scanned portraits are consistently out of position
or incorrectly sized, use the following procedure to ad-
just the area of the portrait captured by the scanner. If
necessary, you can also temporarily adjust the capture
area to scan photographs with incorrectly sized or
placed portraits.
1. Select Adjust System from the operator's menu to
open the adjust system menu.
Make a New ID Card
Capture Images Only
Enter Applicant Data Only
Verify Applicant
Reissue ID Card
Adjust System
ID Printer
Portrait Camera
Signature Scanner
Color Portrait Scanner
2. Select Color Portrait Scanner to display the
scanner adjustment menu.
