OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Reissuing an ID Card
Use this procedure when reissuing an ID card with a por-
trait (and signature, if your system captures them) pre-
viously stored on the system.
General steps for reissue
1. Verify (and correct if necessary) the applicant's data.
2. View the applicant's portrait (and signature, if your sys-
tem captures them).
3. Send the ID card image to the output unit for printing.
4. If your system prints two ID cards on each sheet of in-
stant film, repeat steps 1-3 for a second applicant.
5. Die cut and laminate the ID card(s).
Detailed procedure for reissue
1. Select Reissue ID Card from the issue and verify
menu.
If your system is set up for more than one applicant cate-
gory, the applicant category window opens.
Make a New ID Card
Capture Images Only
Enter Applicant Data Only
Verify Applicant
Reissue ID Card
Adjust System
This is a sample window; yours may be different.
If the applicant category window appears, go to step 2.
