OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Turning Off the System
To prevent loss of data or damage to files, always use
the following procedure to turn the system off. If you are
turning the system off, you do not need to log out first.
The system logs the current user out automatically dur-
ing the shut-down process.
Warning: Do not turn the system off by simply turn-
ing off the power.
1. Press the Esc key until the ID-3000 main menu ap-
pears.

System Operations
2. Select Log Out or Shut Off System .
3. Select Turn System Off from the log out/shut down
menu.
4. When the message DO YOU WISH TO CONTINUE?
appears, select YES .
