If This will be a new record appears in the cen-
ter of the screen, the applicant's data cannot be
found. In this case, press the space bar to remove
the message. Then proceed in one of three ways:
•
Reattempt entry of the ID number by
pressing the Esc key and starting step 5
again.
•
Enter new applicant data for the ID
number displayed by continuing at step 6.
•
Use the ID-3000 database search
feature described on page 87 to locate
applicant records.
If the message Do you want to search the
CCURE system? appears, you are connected to an
access control system that allows you to search its
database for the applicant you are processing, view
the access control record, then copy it to the ID-
3000 database if you wish. If you do not wish to
search the access control database, select No and
go to step 6. If you want to search the database, se-
lect Yes and perform the steps below instead:
a. If the message Record not found
on CCURE system appears when
you select Yes , the applicant's record
is not stored on the access control sys-
tem. In this case, press the space bar
to remove the message and go to step
6.
If the database comparison screen ap-
pears with the ID-3000 record and the
access control record displayed side-
by-side, go to step b.
b. Review the ID-3000 record and the ac-
cess control record to determine
which is correct.
