6. When all the information is complete and correct,
press the F10 key to store the data.
7. If the message Transmit this new data to
the access control system now? appears,
go to step 8.
If this message does not appear, omit step 8 and go to
step 9.
8. To update the access control database, select Yes .
Then when the status message ( Currently
transmitting field: XXXXX ) disappears, go to
step 9.
Note: If the message Error communicat-
ing with CCURE System appears,
the access control database could not
be updated. If this happens, ask your
supervisor to verify that the access
control system is on and operating nor-
mally. Then select Retry to transmit
the record again. If the error message
reappears, select Skip this
record to continue without updating
the access control database.
To continue without updating the access control data-
base, select NO . Then go to step 9.
9. To enter data for another applicant, return to step 3 on
page 65.
To return to the issue and verify menu instead, press the
Esc key.
