Verifying Data and Images
To verify applicant information that was previously
stored on the ID-3000 system, use the following proce-
dure to retrieve the applicant's portrait and data for re-
view.
General steps for verification
1. Enter the applicant's card number.
2. Review the applicant's data.
3. View the applicant's portrait and signature.
Detailed procedure for verification
1. Select Verify Applicant from the issue and verify
menu.
If your system is set up for more than one applicant cate-
gory, the applicant category window opens.
Make a New ID
Capture Images Only
Enter Applicant Data Only
Verify Applicant
Reissue ID Card
Adjust System
If the applicant category window appears, go to step 2.
