OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Set the distance between the camera and the
applicant so the applicant's head in the
instant photograph (A) is sized as shown.
(This may require one or two trial portraits
when the camera is set up.)
• For consistent portrait placement, be sure the
applicant's head is centered in the viewfinder
before you take the portrait.
• Write the applicant's name, identification
number, today's date and any other
necessary information on the white strip on
the back of the photograph (B). This assures
that all portraits can be positively identified.
