Adjusting Portrait Contrast

Proceed as follows to set the contrast of portraits cap-
tured from the ID-3000 portrait camera.
Note: If you have not already done so, select the ap-
propriate image type as described on page
114 before starting.
1. Select FREEZE GAIN or LIVE GAIN as appropriate to
open the value entry window.
Note: FREEZE GAIN affects the contrast of
the portrait stored on the system.
LIVE GAIN affects contrast of the im-
age displayed on the ID-3000 screen
during portrait-capture.
2. Type a new value and press the Enter key.
Note: The range of acceptable values is 0-
100, with 0 producing the greatest con-
trast.
The camera settings list returns to the screen.
3. To adjust another video portrait parameter, leave the
camera settings list on the display and go to the ap-
propriate instructions for the parameter.
To save the new setting or settings, select DONE to re-
turn to the component selection menu.
