Viewing the Input Status

From the user interface of the D9858, choose Input > Input Status. The Input
Status page is displayed.
The Current Input Status area displays the same information shown in the Input
Setup page. For more information on the parameters displayed, see Setting up
the RF Input (on page 145).
The Tuner Performance area displays the satellite dish information, such as the
C/N Margin and Signal Level.

Configuring the Disaster Recovery Settings

The disaster recovery settings allow you to configure the search path when a disaster
occurs. By default, the disaster recovery feature is enabled. For more information on
disaster recovery, see Disaster Recovery (on page 7).
Note: If the unit is in a disaster recovery or NIT retune recovery mode, an error
message is displayed, informing you that any changes made to the page will
interrupt the disaster recovery or NIT retune process. The error message appears
when you load, refresh, or apply changes to the page. For more information on NIT
retune, see NIT Retune Recovery (on page 10). For more information on disaster
recovery, see Disaster Recovery (on page 7).
