1D-42 Engine Mechanical:
2) Remove the crankcase bolts.
3) Separator the crankcase with the special tool.
NOTE
• The crankcase separator plate is parallel
with the end face of the crankcase.
• The crankcase must remain in the
crankcase half.
Special tool
(A): 09920–13120 (Crankcase separating
tool)

Gearshift Cam
Remove the transfer reverse gearshift cam assembly
(1), gearshift cam (2) and gearshift forks (3).

Transmission
1) Remove the reverse idle gear assembly (1).

2) Remove the driveshaft assembly (2) and
countershaft assembly (3).
